Senior EUC / Service Desk Support Analyst (VDI, VMware, Active Directory, French Support)
Role Description
This role requires strong expertise in End-User Computing (EUC), technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, VDI environments, and customer-facing communication. The individual must be able to support desktops, laptops, network connectivity, VPN, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools while maintaining high end-user satisfaction. Canadian French language support is required.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of End-User Computing devices (Laptops, Desktops, VDI)
- Ability to provide technical support over the phone
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hands‑on experience resolving infrastructure‑related customer issues
