Project Manager, Enterprise Onboarding

Base Salary: $72,521.00 - $109,341.00

The Project Manager, Enterprise Onboarding, is a client and advisor-facing role that works closely with and directly supports all lines of business – including Insurance, Administration and Health – in the onboarding and implementation of new business. This role develops and executes project plans designed to onboard new clients/plan sponsors and partners of varying sizes and complexity, ensuring adherence to our service delivery model and quality standards while delivering a positive impact customer experience.

This position reports to the PMO Manager, Enterprise Onboarding.

• Works with various internal teams to configure and adapt solutions for non-standard implementations.
• Develops and executes implementation project plans to meet the specific requirements of each sale and does so in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
