• Draft and file Chapter 13 bankruptcy plans and amendments
• Review and respond to Motions for Relief and Motions to Dismiss
• Monitor ECF filings daily and process court documents
• Support Mortgage Modification Mediation Program (MMM)
• Submit vehicle purchase and student loan requests through bankruptcy plans
• Track court deadlines and ensure accurate documentation
