Your Role
As a French and English-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with personalized assistance, solutions, and guidance regarding their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Educating customers about insurance policies, benefits, and terms.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience.
