As a Mabe Customer Service Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from our customers within Canada.
You will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances.
You will complete transactions in real time, work simultaneously with multiple software applications, consistently follow‑up on commitments in a timely manner and appropriately identify and elevate unresolved matters.
Qualifications
Successful candidates must be fluently bilingual (French & English).
Must possess a College or University degree, or equivalent in experience, and a minimum of two years customer service experience.
The candidate must also demonstrate strong customer service skills, display above average team skills with a desire to contribute in a highly interdependent team setting.
