Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive customer support through the different channels defined by the operation, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, effective resolution requests, and compliance with quality and productivity standards established by the company and the end client.

Educational Background

• Preferably studies in administrative or related fields.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in phone-based customer service is a plus.
