Qualifications

• Advanced English (B2/C1) - spoken and written (Daily communication with US customers)
• Fluent Spanish
• Typing speed 40+ WPM
• Minimum internet speed: 20 Mbps
• Available full-time during US business hours
• Must not have another active job
• Shopify experience
• Freshdesk or ticketing system experience
