Responsibilities

  • Conduct credit reference checks for new and reactivated customer accounts.
  • Manage outbound daily reference calls professionally.
  • Provide bilingual (French/English) email support, including sending invoice copies and account statements.
  • Reach out to customers about pending orders due to outdated credit card information using approved scripts.
  • Support English credit reference checks as workload permits.
  • Accurately update customer profiles, contact info, and account notes within internal systems.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and credit data.
