BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) Workshop Supervisor

The BEV Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of workshop employees to ensure work is completed in compliance with company quality and safety standards within area of responsibility. The Supervisor will also work with the other Supervisor(s) and other team leads to manage and prioritize technical assignments to ensure customer demands and the production schedules are met.

What you will be doing

• Participate as part of the workshop team in order to implement initiatives as defined by the Workshop Operations Manager.
• Ensure workshop personnel complete accurate requisitions as required for work orders.
• Oversee work orders and shop jobs to ensure successful completion.
• Assign duties to workshop personnel in order to meet operational requirements and delivery dates.
