The Senior Benefits Specialist will work within the Benefits Compliance function and plays a critical role in supporting corporate-sponsored (“master”) benefit plans. The Benefits Compliance team serves as the company’s internal resource for worksite benefit regulatory inquiries, system benefit implementations, master plan compliance, and best practices in benefit plan design.
This role is client-facing for ACA form preparation, electronic filing, and distribution, and provides direct support to Benefit Sales and Benefit Operations teams. While the role supports compliance-related processes, it does not provide legal advice related to ERISA, IRS, MEDICARE, HIPAA, ACA, CAA, DOL, COBRA, EBSA, or state compliance matters.
