The Benefits Manager oversees Leave of Absence ( LOA ) operations for University staff and faculty in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role manages a team of two Benefits Consultants, administers leave and disability programs, ensures adherence to University policies and regulations, and provides strategic and backup support to the Benefits Director. Key responsibilities include regulatory compliance, mandated reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and personalized support for complex benefit scenarios.
