Duties

• Coordinate behavior training classes and consultations, including:
  • Scheduling classes and private consultations
  • Managing class registration, payments, and client communications
  • Ensuring classes are posted, promoted, filled, and effectively staffed
• Produce monthly reports summarizing class participation, revenue, and trends for submission to the Director of Community Services & Pathway Planning and the Board.
• Support content development by working with shelter trainers to identify opportunities for new classes, update materials, and align offerings with community needs.
• Assist internal operations by performing training duties as assigned by the Director of Community Services & Pathway Planning or shelter trainers, including supporting staff with training plans or assisting in class delivery.
