We are looking for a bartender to prepare, serve, and manage beverage service for guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu, ensuring correct preparation and presentation according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
- Confirm guests' orders, including special requests, using the hotel point‑of‑sale system, and verify completed orders against the original guest request.
- Serve and receive orders from seated guests at the bar, providing vivid and engaging descriptions of preparation methods, flavor, and origin of each item.
- Maintain practical knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty drinks.
- Anticipate guests' needs, gauge satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly and appropriately to any inquiries or concerns.
