Bar Manager - Rooftop Bar

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to join our rooftop bar team. You will lead the fantastic team and report to F&B Ops Manger. Manage one of the Londons most popular Roof Top Bar, leading daily operations, managing the team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving sales in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in high-volume bars or restaurants, a hands-on approach, and a passion for great service, cocktails, events, and team development.
