Are you an experienced waiter/waitress hoping to further your career in a hospitality environment? Or are you wanting to learn new skills within a rewarding environment.

Currently we are recruiting for an individual who can work both midweek and weekends during the school holidays and cover weekend shifts when students return to studies.

The role will involve helping out in different areas of the hotel, from serving at breakfast, to clear up from a function, to completing a service at a wedding. The role will also involve assisting our porters to set up rooms for functions. The role will involve moving of tables and chairs, polishing cutlery and glasses, setting tables, serving food, clearing after service, hoovering large areas of floors.

The hours of work will vary from early shifts, mid day shifts and evening shifts depending on business requirements.
