Role reports to: DIRECTOR GLOBAL WEB & DEVICES PLATFORM. Location: Latin America, Brazil – São José dos Campos. Work Location: Fully Onsite.

What you will do

• Assist in developing and maintaining roadmaps/forecast for the platform.
• Propose and develop new standards that align with Kenvue's New Ways of Working and Asset Stewardship Processes.
• Preferred “go-to” person for complex issue resolution for Band Aid Platform.
• Lead or participate in Community of Practice in own area(s) of expertise.
• Ensure programs/projects are aligned with the technology platform roadmaps.
• Contribute to planning, scoping, quantification and implementation of all sorts of global continuous improvement programs.
• Maintain and optimize the platform and standards to meet current and future needs.
• Assist in design/production of prototypes.
