Opportunity
Reporting to the Bakery Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting the Bakery Production Supervisor in producing assigned bakery products (bread, cakes, and/or other pastries) based on orders received, and for controlling quality, freshness, inventory, and wastage.
You Will
- Produce the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) based on orders received.
- Perform production duties as assigned for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings, and/or other Pastries), which may include but are not limited to:
- Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, and slicing, etc.
- Prepare various fillings such as fruits, meat, pastes, and custards, etc.
- Control fermentation and baking time, and monitor the temperature of coolers and ovens.
- Decorate Bread, Cake, and/or other Pastries.
