Backship Support Agent in Barcelona (on-site)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer return requests, generating labels and arranging shipping.
• Inspect inbound returned items, tracking them through the warehouse and documenting their condition.
• Sort returns for refurbishment, repair, or recycling, and update inventory records accordingly.
• Communicate with customers, providing status updates and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage carriers and partners, resolving shipment issues and auditing performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English.
• Have experience in a comparable role.
