CRM SR The CRM is responsible for the mobile business, managing accounts for important clients in the telecommunications industry, and overseeing the sales plans for each account. They maintain relationships with areas such as Digital and B2B, launching new products and driving cross‑selling in various channels. The CRM supervises the COE team and manages the sales and incentive budget for all sales channels (own stores, official agents, and tele‑sales). Additionally, they monitor and develop the Trade In business with Motorola and retailers.
