Join Dialogue as a B2B Account Executive, leading sales initiatives for our Integrated Health Platform. Engage with organizations under 1,500 employees in eastern Canada to foster well-being through healthcare solutions.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle while thriving in a fast-moving environment. Building a pipeline from the ground up and leading complex sales discussions are key aspects of this role. You'll collaborate across teams to align on strategic selling and ensure frictionless closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Create and implement effective outbound sales strategies
• Collaborate internally to advance multi-stakeholder deals
• Prioritize accounts and generate new business through outreach
• Communicate Dialogue’s value to senior decision-makers
