Job Title AVP, R&D

Overview We have a great opportunity to join our Global R&D function as a leader of a team of five actuaries and analysts. You will be leading the development of biometric assumptions for a range of different global reinsurance markets and influencing key stakeholders to maximize the value of assumption knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver biometric assumptions across Longevity and Protection markets in Europe and North America.

Lead a high‑performing team – manage, coach, and scale capabilities to meet growing volume of assumptions.

Provide technical direction, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of assumption solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with R&D teams across multiple geographies, and with Savings & Retirement, Protection, Corporate Actuarial, Operations, Risk, and other biometric teams.

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Pricing and Product development.
