We're looking for an experienced Area Vice President of Business Development to lead and inspire high-performing home health sales teams, drive new market growth, and strengthen referral networks across multiple territories.



This position will oversee sales representatives in Midland/West Branch, MI, Ft. Wayne, IN and Milwaukee, WI. Typical travel with be 2-3 weeks per month; M-TH, with Friday being a home office day.



**What You’ll Do**



+ Direct and coordinate sales operations across assigned territories, including pipeline development, referral relationships, and performance outcomes.

+ Build, coach, and mentor regional sales teams to achieve and exceed growth goals for admissions, census, and revenue.
