Role Overview

Lead corporate action taxation within Brazil Tax Operations (Custody), ensuring full compliance with local regulations and end-to-end integrity of tax processing across taxable and non-taxable events with accuracy, consistency, and scalability.

Act as the central orchestrator across Operations, Corporate Tax, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Champion the standardization and optimization of tax calculation, reporting, and compliance processes, reducing operational risk and elevating performance in a complex and evolving regulatory environment.
