Role Purpose
The Account Director is responsible for strategic client management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, revenue growth, and acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Find and pitch complex opportunities from existing or Greenfields Account. Orchestrating with internal and external stakeholder for Core,ICT and IoT and Techco project
The role consists of: nurturing and fastening large enterprise account to use Indosat B2B products & services, a “close win”. All team members approach with effective and efficient manner, increase the exposure of Indosat B2B products & services in the market place and customer centric focus to maintain loyalty.
