Duties

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
• Collaborate with sales support team to ensure smooth and efficient sales process

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
