As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll learn to desk deals, manage leads, coach sales staff, and develop across all areas of Sales Management. Expect to learn, ask questions, and improve every day. Desking deals — structuring payments, working trade-in values, reading lender guidelines, and presenting numbers that close Lead flow management — how internet leads, phone ups, and walk-ins are routed, tracked, and converted using DealerSocket and PBS Workplan Coaching Sales Reps — giving feedback that improves performance without damaging confidence or motivation Inventory management basics — understanding stocking decisions, vehicle turn rate, and what sits vs. what sells Stellantis brand standards — OEM programme compliance, CPS (Customer Promo...
