The Industrial Construction & Projects practice group focuses on providing strategic legal advice during the full lifecycle of complex industrial construction, energy, and infrastructure projects. The practice group advises on large-scale industrial construction and engineering assignments, including projects based on EPC, EPCM and owner‑led disaggregated procurement strategies, as well as related commercial agreements.
