Position Details
Responsibilities
- Support recruiters and hiring managers by posting jobs internally, working closely with hiring manager to get offer details and necessary approvals and completing process through Workday.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters and internal candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience
- Develop strong and effective team relationships across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions/centers of excellence, e.g., , Finance, etc.
- Provide reports and maintain data on daily activities
- New-hire onboarding support to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Keep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
- Manage the candidate process in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
- Additional project work on an as needed basis
