Position Summary

Compass Immanuel Church is searching for a godly man to direct our youth ministry. This is a full-time position. At the outset, we anticipate this being split with 70% focused on youth ministry and 30% focused on general pastoral duties (this could include preaching, other teaching, visitation, or other administrative duties). Over time, these ratios may change based on individual gifts/passions, and the way we see God at work in our church.

The youth ministry responsibilities would center around a weekly Bible study and bi-weekly activity. We place a high priority on solid Bible teaching and would expect the individual to be competent in expositional teaching with a heart for young people.
