What you will do
In this role, you will act as the key marketing lead for the Orthopaedics portfolio in Mexico, serving as the bridge between regional strategy and local execution, with a strong focus on Joint Replacement and MAKO. You will drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in one of the priority markets in Latin America, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and enabling sustainable business growth.
Main responsabilities:
Lead the execution of regional marketing strategies in Mexico, ensuring alignment with business priorities for Joint Replacement and MAKO.
Act as the primary marketing interface between regional teams, local leadership, and commercial teams to drive market development.
Develop and implement local marketing plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and portfolio growth initiatives.
