About the Role

The Associate Manager is responsible for managing a team while designing, executing, and reporting on standard work processes to ensure freight transportation service expectations are met and exceeded. The team is responsible for functions like planning and on‑time delivery of customer freight while controlling costs and providing excellent customer communication. The ideal candidate can use statistical data to drive efficiency as well as use root cause analysis tools to improve business processes and exceed customer expectations. This associate manager will work closely with stakeholders in the US and/or Canada. Cross‑cultural collaboration is a must for manager and team members.
