Qualifications and Attributes:
- 2-5 years of post‑call experience in labour and employment law from a reputable national, regional, or boutique firm.
- Experience advising and representing employers on various employment and labour law matters, including corporate transactions and reorganizations.
- Experience with labour arbitrations and/or administrative tribunals is an asset.
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, with knowledge of executive compensation, workers’ compensation, pay equity, and employment equity.
