Role

The ideal candidate will have experience advising and representing clients in matters involving:

• Product liability
• Professional negligence
• Insurance
• Health law
• Privacy‑related matters

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of insurance law and commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent judgment and analytical abilities
• A practical, client‑focused approach to problem solving
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Membership in good standing with a Canadian Law Society, or eligibility for admission
