Your Tasks
Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, especially in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) Train employees on the use of hardware and software systems Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems
Your Profile
IT-focused education or at least two years of experience in the field Proficiency in administering Microsoft cloud only Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Europe-based timezone
