Desjardins’ Capital Markets’ (‘DCM’) Investment Banking Group is looking to add a real estate Associate to its Toronto team. The real estate investment banking team is active within the public and private space, with involvement in several recent public marquee transactions.

Successful Associates demonstrate dedication, leadership, passion for the industry and a strong work ethic. Their roles and responsibilities include leading and performing corporate finance analysis, developing client deliverables, mentoring and directing junior professionals and supporting senior professionals in business development and transaction execution activities. Associates are typically involved in a broad range of transactions and advisory projects, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financing, strategic advisory/alternative projects and full capital structure solution projects.
