Your responsibilities include handling transactions, coordinating due diligence, and advising on governance and structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage private company transactions from start to finish
• Lead multiple concurrent transaction files and timelines
• Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements and documents
