Position Overview

Financial Analyst – Toronto, Canada. This role supports financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting for Capital One Canada.

What you'll be doing

• Work with business teams to analyze financial metrics and performance.
• Prepare financial forecasts to support product and strategy decisions.
• Develop reporting and analysis to provide insight into business trends.
• Participate in the external financial reporting process, including external audit and OSFI reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, schedules and documentation.
• Perform financial and operational audits, testing controls, and identify efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Will obtain or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual skills.
