SUMMARYThis position is accountable for the timely research and resolution of merchandise vendor disputes and inquiries in order to ensure proper payment and/or understanding of terms set forth in the vendor agreements.This includes fostering strong partnerships with the merchandise vendor, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain and Merchandising throughout the resolution process.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for handling all aspects of individual vendor disputes.Assist in department-level process improvement projects.Participate and contribute to the key initiatives of the department.Analyze reporting to identify vendor non-compliance.Create and publish departmental metrics as assigned.REQUIREMENTSLevel of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of study: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.Years of experience: 2-3 years.Analysis and problem-solving aptitude.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Strong human relations, teamwork, analytical, oral and writte...
