Develop/revise and deliver an IT Strategy and Roadmap to anticipate and meet business needs within the G&A functions. Manage team performance (including outsourced vendors). Collaborate closely with IT leadership and the G&A business community to provide application portfolio leadership for HR, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
