Your new role

As the Associate Director, Finance & Operations (F&O), you will be the strategic finance partner to the Norwegian leadership team, steering and executing the strategic direction for Novo Nordisk Norway. In collaboration with your team, you will lead pivotal change projects within the organisation, taking charge of Business Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, Business Operations including onsite IT as a key business partner. This position is office‑based and located in Oslo, Norway.
