Associate Director, Delivery (Engineering)

Join our Delivery team as an Associate Director responsible for leading the execution of high‑value digital experiences across web, product, and brand engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid‑size to large‑scale digital projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $1M+, across websites, digital platforms, content, e‑commerce, CMS, and campaign initiatives.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution from kickoff to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and elevate challenges early with solution‑oriented thinking.
• Monitor and manage project financials including estimates, actuals, ETC (Estimate to Complete), and EAC (Estimate at Completion).
