The Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs supports the Chief Academic Officer in the strategic oversight and quality assurance of faculty affairs across the EHL Group. The role focuses on strategic development, quality assurance processes related to recruitment, incentivization, and professional growth of faculty members, and facilitates faculty support and development across the EHL Group. It plays a key part in advancing faculty performance, engagement, and well‑being, while strengthening institutional values and driving the organization’s strategy, mission, and vision.
