JOB OVERVIEW The Associate Account Manager is a highly visible position who works closely with Account Managers, Fleet Consulting Executives, and key operational areas. Each Client Services member has 100% client retention responsibility.
The Associate Account Manager role builds the skills needed for an Account Manager. Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative and analytical support within a team’s account portfolio for Core and Fleet Administration Account ManagersSupport Account Managers and their clients to ensure continued service.Handle transactions, do research, respond to inquiries, finish projects, and create reports.
