Position Overview

The Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine, University Health Network/Sinai Health System (UHN/SHS) at the University of Toronto is seeking a full‑time, permanent Academic Neurologist with a focus on neuromuscular disorders. The candidate must be eligible for a full‑time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher, with a preference for a Clinician Investigator position. Scholarly excellence will be assessed by research grants, publications, presentations and related accomplishments. The effective start date is a mutually agreed date after 1 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical service in the Division of Neurology, including on‑call, inpatient and ambulatory care.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities in neuromuscular disorders, including obtaining research grants, publishing, presenting at conferences, and pursuing related accomplishments.
