Axiom Builders is looking in Victoria for an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and project team in directing and coordinating construction site activity on a 24‑story, 300+ unit residential tower with commercial units on‑grade. The successful candidate will work with construction leaders to plan and implement schedules, determine labour levels, material quantities and ensure the field team has all the tools and resources they need to be effective. As one of the leaders on site, the Assistant Superintendent will champion and promote safety initiatives in partnership with our CSO and safety team and ensure safety is top of mind for everyone on the team.
