Role Description

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager as the lead of the retail team at CrossIron Mills. Responsibilities include delivering an excellent customer experience, fostering team growth and development, and ensuring operational excellence through scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.
