Position Details
Support the Head of Department and/or Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Brand Managers on marketing plans, budgeting, sales analysis, forecasting, and cost-effective promotional strategies. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Coordinate daily sales activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain team productivity. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating to the Sales Manager when required.
