Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall project management for projects from pre‑construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule.
- Manage all facets of a project, taking direct accountability for delivery to meet and exceed established goals including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, and risk.
- Interact with and coordinate consultants and contractors, providing direction on behalf of the owner.
- Oversee day‑to‑day contractor work at the site.
- Plan and coordinate all health and safety aspects required for project completion.
