We are currently seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a new challenge and advance your career within a rapidly growing company specializing in sheet metal.

As this is a newly created position, many responsibilities will be added gradually. The role will evolve based on the daily needs of the plant manager and the president. The successful candidate will primarily support the coordination of plant operations while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, labor standards, safety, environmental policies, and corporate practices. The position will also include management responsibilities, manufacturing tasks, involvement in the hiring process, and tasks related to receiving shipments and inventory adjustments.
