Responsibilities: - Provides general administration, scheduling and travel arrangement support to CCDO and Head of Innofacturing
- Acts as the coordinator for Corporate Development Division and Innofacturing Division, and provides administrative support on cross-division activities, events and meetings
- Coordinates with government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities
- Coordinates in preparation of reports, documents and presentation materials for management
- Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to support implementation of Corporation-wide/divisional activities and initiatives
- Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors
